我宣布試辦對俄免簽 俄代表處：歡迎
外交部今天宣布，即日起試辦俄羅斯國民來台14天免簽證措施，莫斯科台北經濟文化協調委員會今天表示，歡迎這一步，希望能減輕俄羅斯公民來台的負擔，並且促進人文交流的發展。
